How do I cancel my order on Grabyourgadget.com ?
If you would like to cancel the order kindly send a request alone with the order details within 24hrs of placing the order so that the dispatch will be cancelled with immediate effect & payment will be refunded within 7 days.
The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method or an Gift Card will be issued for the same.
5% Cancellation charge will be deducted when refunding the payment for the order.
If the Product is already shipped and then the order is cancelled, 5% plus the Shipping charges will be deducted while refunding.
How do I pay for my order on Grabyourgadget.com ?

How do I pay via Credit / Debit Card?
We accept all major bank cards issues in India. We do not process International cards. In the Payment option during Checkout, you shall be asked to enter your Card Number, Expiry Date, 3 digit CVV number (given at the back of your card). You shall then be redirected to the bank’s secure page to enter your online secure password. Once the payment has been made, you shall be redirected back to the Grabyourgadget.com Order Confirmation page.

How do I pay via Netbanking?
On the payments page, you have to select “Pay via Netbanking” option & then select your bank. You will be redirected to the Bank’s secure Login page & asked to enter your credentials there. Once the payment has been made, you shall be redirected back to the Grabyourgadget.com's Order Confirmation page.
What happens if my transaction fails or does not go through?
You can go back to the Checkout page & retry making the payment. Please re-check the details you enter (card no., expiry date etc.) carefully and try making the payment again.
If the transaction fails again, please contact the email@example.com immediately. Please quote the transaction reference number. We shall try our best to help you & complete the transaction.
